Hello dear Let It Die fans, We are very excited to announce that Deathverse: Let It Die will be available on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in Fall 2022.
Since the announcement of PlayStation’s State of Play last year, we’ve received a lot of great comments from the community. On May 28th and on June 5th he also did an open beta test called Limited Time Open Beta: Break the Server. Players from all over the world participated, and thanks to all of you, the test was a great success.
Our game was originally scheduled to be announced in Spring 2022, but the results of the open beta have delayed the game’s release.
Now the team at Supertrick Games are working hard to make this game the best it can be. We are also incorporating feedback from the open beta survey, so please look forward to the release.
What is Deathverse: Let It Die?
The game is set after the events of its predecessor, Let It Die, where players battle for stardom in the survival TV reality show Death Jamboree. The show takes place in a virtual world called Deathverse, created by the Yotsuyama Group as a destination for people’s souls.
Upon entering the Death Jamboree, all contestants are equipped with a special “Wilson” unit, a robotic device that assists in combat. Wilson can transform into either a weapon or a shield to assist the player in combat, and is considered a must-have for wealthy consumers around the world.

Dev Team Discusses Weird Weapons
If you participated in the Open Beta, you may remember the 5 weapons you can use in matches.
The game’s director, Shin Hideyuki, and the art team provided special details behind the game design and artwork for each weapon.
“Deathverse’s basic weapon design not only slashes and punches enemies, but adds an extra layer of terror as a torture device. All weapons have a common design, a substance called ‘SPLithium’. There is a tank (shiny blue part) containing
machete
“We designed this weapon with Deathverse’s standard moves and actions in mind. The weapon can be held in one hand, has varying speeds for certain actions, and offers a great balance between offense and defense. Its normal attack is a 3-hit combo, and the player can trigger its special attack to destroy an enemy’s shield, leaving them defenseless and killing them.
hammer
“While retaining key elements of the classic Hammer, Deathverse combines its weight and jet power to create a new type of weapon that combines speedy action with great visuals.
“Although slow, this weapon is extremely destructive. Its basic attacks can chain together to create infinite combos, and when charged, it unleashes a large, powerful shockwave that instantly destroys enemy shields. You can release it.
“It deviates from the typical action game concept of hammers and can turn people off.”
sword
“We wanted to keep the original design of our beloved Japanese sword in the game, so this weapon has the least Deathverse-like elements compared to other weapons. Despite being very weak against shields. Instead, players can dodge attacks and launch combos to gain the upper hand in battle.”
arm
“This weapon has many special features that set it apart from other weapons. Its attacks are powerful enough to destroy an opponent’s shield with just a normal attack. Normal combos can hit up to 2 times, plus The third attack determines victory or defeat.Using this weapon, players can fly through the air to attack enemies from above, or even set up barriers that block enemy attacks.”
Buzzsaw
“This weapon is designed to look ferocious and wielded with a unique moveset. The ability to perform multiple combos and deathblows is troubling. These attacks require proper timing and accuracy, but their versatility when unleashing special attacks and special moves can be challenging for opponents. It could become something.”
We even got some comments on the Rex Bone skin that was released during the Beta!
About the Rex Bone Skin
“We deliberately strayed from the notion of Wilson transforming into a weapon, and chose bones as a motif to represent the wilds and wilderness of ancient times. These Rex Bone skins feature claws, fangs, and other scary bone-like elements to represent “strength.” ”

There’s also special concept art for the game for the dedicated readers who made it to the end.
About concept art
“The concept of the battle area is the image of the Red Sea polluted by SPLithium and the mysterious ruins. The sculpted design is part of a TV show set.”
That’s what today is all about. Stay tuned for more Deathverse: Let It Die details ahead of his PS5 and PS4 launch this fall.
