Welcome to another episode of The Pure Nintendo Podcast! Let’s start with our usual roundup of amiibo. Our hunt is getting harder and harder, but this week a golden idol was added to Gemma’s collection.
Next, we discuss some recent news about Bayonetta’s voice acting. Helena Taylor was vocal on Twitter about why she won’t be returning to her role in Bayonetta 3.
Next, let’s talk about one of the most anticipated Switch titles of the year, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. The game is out this week and reviewed by Roger. He talks about his thoughts on the sequel, including new settings, character weapons and techniques, and side quests.
Jemma also talks about her latest review game, LEGO Bricktales. This is worlds apart in a good way from other Lego franchises such as Star Wars and Harry Potter.
Finally, Roger and Jemma take a look at some recent titles that might be of interest, including Nickelodeon’s latest kart racer and the fact that there are multiple curling games for Switch.
Our weekly podcast discusses all things Nintendo related. If you’re a Koopa Kast fan, don’t worry. This special podcast series is still available. In fact, check out the latest episode about Super Mario Bros!
