The year is 2022. So there’s one more Madden match to kick off the soccer season. For those thinking this could be another Madden…well, you’re probably right, but I know the real reason we’re coming back for more: Roster updates. Jokes Aside from that, we’ve broken down everything you need to know about Madden 23, so you’ll know if this is Madden for you.
The biggest change to Madden 23’s core gameplay is what EA calls Fieldsense, an overhaul to some of the game’s field mechanics. New tackle animations and game logic improve the play-by-play nature of the sport. Punchout fumbles and more team gang tackles are meant to bring an extra level of vigor and aggression to the game. This is what EA calls the Hit Everything feature.
There’s a lot of Madden coverage this month. We are working on setting up a livestream for you the week the game releases. Keep an eye out for Mark Delaney’s official review of Madden after the game launches. If you’re interested in Franchise Mode, or if you want to play Ultimate Team but he doesn’t want to spend a cent, let us know. Based on your comments, we will get more videos to cook for you, tailored to what you want to see.
