Minecraft receives a new cherry blossom biome. You can test the biome with a Minecraft Java snapshot on February 15th. A preview of Minecraft Bedrock will be available at a later date.
These new trees cover the world with a pink canopy and provide a complete wood set for harvesting and crafting. You can make a new hanging sign using cherry wood. You can also plant saplings to grow more cherry trees and add them to the biome you call home.

The update also features an archeology system that allows players to discover items such as bones, tools, and sniffer eggs. As with the cherry biome, Sniffer and Archeology will be available in preview on February 15th.
Other features added in 1.20 include camels, more default skins, craftable bamboo, cactus blocks, and more. The last major update, Minecraft 1.19, added the Dark Deep and Mangrove Swamp biomes, the fearsome Warden and the friendly Allay Mobs.
