Pre-ordering gives you early access to the future of Call of Duty multiplayer combat. The Modern Warfare II Open Beta is free on PlayStation and can be played over two weekends. Access to early betas is granted to users who have pre-ordered digital or retail editions.
Beta Weekend One: PlayStation First
The first Beta Weekend will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and will run from Friday, September 16th at 10am PT to Tuesday, September 20th at 10am PT. Only PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players are eligible this weekend. Beta access without the need for a PlayStation Plus subscription service.
PlayStation Open Beta: For the remainder of the weekend from Sunday, September 18th at 10:00 AM PT to Tuesday, September 20th at 10:00 AM PT, all pre-order statuses will be PlayStation players can access it.
