Money In The Back 2022 Results, Review, And Match Updates

This year’s bank money is over. Not only did Liv Morgan win the women’s MITB match, but there were many amazing moments, such as a successful cash-in at Ronda Rousey later that night. Yes, Rive is the new SmackDown Women’s Champion. Check out all the PPV results below, along with a review of the show.

This year’s MITB PVV was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Besides the two ladder matches, there were many championship matches and the Undisputed Championship was significantly absent. But don’t worry, it will be protected in SummerSlam at the end of the month.

In addition to the two MITB matches, the card had four championship matches. Most hopefully, Ronda Rousey defended the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Natalia. In addition, Bobby Lashley and Theory stopped posing and began fighting for the US Championships. The complete list of MITB matches is shown below.

Liv Morgan wins.

mat: Hi. I’m alone. Chris is sick. Do you know what else is sick? Becky Lynch entrance costume. Are those glasses working? No one cares. In the middle of the match, I came to the conclusion that the ladder was cursed. It is clear that there are ladders to catch these wrestlers during some rough locations and accidents. I’ve seen so much what my opponents can do in these games, so it’s hard to find new spots that really surprise the crowd. There were some cool moments, like Rive’s Sunset Flip Power Bomb on Lacy from the ladder. It was a fun match, but nothing really surprised me here. I liked seeing Asuka and Lynch challenge it, but I felt the match was a bit short. Anyway, Liv got a decent victory. It’s time to see what she can do at the top of the women’s department. The match cake icing saw Lynch finally unhinge after he couldn’t win.

United States Champion Theory vs. Bobby Lashley

mat: During the entrance to Bobby Lashley, it’s wild to me that he doesn’t have his own little golden statue to give to young fans in the crowd. You can call it “Golden Bobby”. WWE, I have many other great ideas if you want. It’s great to see Lashley in a PPV match that doesn’t play against Omos. Therefore, Lashley can show off that he is a great and powerful wrestler. He is very fun to see, especially as a baby’s face. Lashley, who won here, was a wise move. I want to see these two fight again in SummerSlam. They have good chemistry in the ring.

Raw Female Champion Bian Cabereal vs Carmella

Belair wins with a pin.

Whenever Corey Graves talks about Carmella, I laugh a lot. He talks about what she thinks is so beautiful, and it’s very interesting to me. Did you know they are a couple? Of course I did. We all did. Carmella herself is a great heel. She fits very well with a sneaky / cheeky persona, and this match is a bit short, but better than I expected, mostly because Carmella really leans on that persona. Berea is always great, but I underestimated Carmella for this match. That’s why I’m ridiculous. Carmella’s post-match attack appears to be rematching in SummerSlam. This is a lot of fun.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Usos vs. Street Profits

Usos wins with a pin.

mat: This is my main event and the one I’m most excited about. These are two great tag teams that will be doing the show. The four placed some great memorable spots, such as Dawkins being suplexed to the outer ring post and superkicked while Ford was off the top rope. For some reason, this exceeds the very high expectations I already had for this. This was a showcase for all four, especially Ford. It tells the wonderful story of these men who are hungry for titles to win one of the best tag teams in WWE history. The night games so far have been easy and one of the best tag matches of the year, even if the finish is a bit tricky.

SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rausie vs Natalia

Rausie wins by submission.

Matt: Natalia stopped her biggest heel movement on her way to the ring: she gave a young fan sunglasses. No matter how great this match is, it’s at stake and it’s a difficult fight to keep attracting spectators and people at home. This duo offered a technical battle back and forth between submissions and cancellations. Rausie puts Natalia in a sharp shooter and runs Shawn Michaels’ patented flex as cake icing. This battle was at odds with each other. It opposed the audience and the duo eventually beat the crowd. Raussie’s victory makes sense here.

Liv Morgan vs. Ronda Rousey

Liv Morgan wins with a pin.

Then Rive cashed her MITB deal, and felt it was a little too early, and it seemed that Rausie would end really soon after getting a submission. But Liv somehow put it up. It’s a great moment for Liv and his fans. I haven’t rated this match because it was a really fast match.

Bank Men’s Money Match

The theory wins.

Matt: The match begins with Adam Pearce adding the theory of losing to the US Championship early in the evening. So soon there are some interesting stories. A boss looking for theory, McIntyre in his quest to regain the title, and Sami Zain, who “wants to sit” on a one-year contract. And all the fibers in my existence want Zayn to win.

This match was on a roller coaster, but only on the downhill in the best possible way. Rollins’ Super RKO was a big moment and everyone except theory blamed Omos at the announcer’s table. Of course, the theory won, and it makes sense, he had to take the next step in WWE-although I love another theory / Lashley match. Anyway, this was a great MITB match.
