How to sign up for the Mortal Kombat 1 online stress test
As pointed out by FAQ, Mortal Kombat 1 stress test has nothing to do with the previously announced pre-order beta. This is purely to “test online infrastructure and identify potential issues prior to game launch”. Players can sign up at the following sites: Warner Bros. websiteHowever, participants are “randomly picked” and not everyone is guaranteed to get a slot.
This test, like the pre-order beta, is intended for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players only, but will not enable cross-platform play. No PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold required to play, but players must have a Warner Bros. Gaming Account. Dates and characters have yet to be announced. Also, this test is only for people in North America, Latin America, Brazil and Europe.
This test is very limited, allowing testers to try only 1v1 online multiplayer and a “limited” single player arcade ladder against AI.
