As the beta’s name suggests, it’s primarily focused on cross-play and cross-progression testing on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. This will ensure there are enough servers when Activision Blizzard launches on his June 6th to reduce login errors as much as possible.
This new Diablo 4 Beta includes the entire Prologue and Act I, allowing players to try five classes up to level 20: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, and Sorcerer. All character progress from previous Early Access and Open Beta Weekends will not carry over to this Beta. Also, progress from this beta will not carry over to the full release. Drop rates for Legendary items match drop rates in the final game.
Ashaba’s World Boss is very difficult to defeat as characters cannot exceed level 20 in this playtest. This behemoth will spawn on May 13th at 9am PDT, then on May 14th at 9am PDT she will spawn every 3 hours. Defeating her will give you the Cry of Ashava Her Mount Her Trophy. intention carry over to the main game.
