EA has confirmed that it will be shutting down Onrush’s servers in November because “online mode player counts have dropped to low levels.”
As confirmed in the Online Service Update, EA will be shutting down its Onrush servers starting November 30th.

“Onrush — thank you to everyone who supported our game — it was rush.” EA says“Due to the reduced number of players in online mode, we will be shutting down our servers starting November 30, 2022.”
The update clarifies that “offline mode is still available for Onrush fans who want to keep playing.” It’s not entirely clear what this means with regards to game achievements — from discussion in the TrueAchievements Onrush forum thread, it seems that most, if not all, achievements will be affected by the server shutdown, so If you need an extra 1,000G, now’s a good time to prioritize your Onrush achievements before the server shuts down.
