This is one of the most comfortable and luxurious looking gaming chairs out there. Especially if you want a new nice plush armrest. (opens in new tab)The only real change to note in the Star Wars Imperial Collection Edition is aesthetics.
The first chair in the collection is the Empire Edition, which rocks the dark side’s energetic red and black style. At the top center of the backrest is the red imperial coat of arms, highlighting other features of the red trim. Black leatherette, on the other hand, looks great, doesn’t get dirty easily, and some of the textures have an authentic Vader vibe.
In stark contrast, the second chair is the bright, clean white of the armor worn by everyone’s favorite cannon fodder. The Stormtrooper Edition uses black as an accent color, including a black Imperial Crest. The other black edging is reminiscent of the Stormtrooper’s gap in her armor, allowing her to move freely and take brooding aim.
The back of the chair shows off a more ribbed texture, complete with a larger repeat of the crest. Both are certainly obvious Star Wars nods to those in the know, but otherwise They strike a nice balance between blatant fandom and being able to fly under the radar to those who don’t recognize their logo.
Both chairs are available now in the official Secretlab store, but we don’t expect them to come cheap as these are premium thrones. You can even choose by size.
