Blizzard has revealed that Overwatch 2 will receive new unlockable support heroes via the Season 4 Battle Pass.
The Season 4 Battle Pass for Overwatch 2 gives you the chance to unlock Lifeweaver. Blizzard has clearlya support hero that implements crowd control and burst healing abilities.
Lifeweaver Joins Overwatch 2 in Season 4
As detailed in the now-deleted article PC Games N, Lifeweaver, or Niran Pruksamanee, is a plant-based ranged healer of Thai descent that offers a host of support abilities when he joins Overwatch 2’s hero roster next season. He is inspired by his Druid class from World of Warcraft, designed to celebrate Thai culture, and will also be available for Thai New Year.
Lifeweaver uses regenerative technology to enhance his ability called Biolight. This allows Support his character to manipulate the positions of enemies and allies, generate pressure platforms that rise when stepped on, and generate shields for allies. Healing Using skills such as Blossom as his core ability, Lifeweaver does a great job of regenerating health, and Thorn his Volley serves as a powerful ranged ability to keep enemies at bay. Upon death, the new Support Hero will drop a Farewell Gift. This is a healing item that can be picked up by heroes of both teams. Tamawan said. “They are skills that check more than necessarily the desired skill.”
