Pokémon GO Fest concludes tomorrow (August 28th). A number of one-day events will be held to bring the celebration to life. Perhaps the biggest of these events is the arrival of four Ultra Beast Pokémon participating in five-star raid battles in one day.
To spread the news of this upcoming event, the official Pokémon GO Twitter The account has released a series of “found footage” style trailers showing Nihilego, Buzzwall, Pheromosa, and Zakytree appearing in urban areas around the world and wreaking havoc.
The videos all lead to tomorrow’s Pokémon GO Fest finale, when “Invasion of the Ultra Beasts” will be available to players around the world.
Pokémon GO Fest 2022 Ultra Beast Guide
Arriving throughout the day, you’ll be able to battle each of the above Ultra Beasts in four separate five-star raid battles. Beast fights are based on local time rather than global his unison, so playing with friends in different zones increases your chances of catching Ultra-His Beasts.

Ultra Beast Raid Battles are available to all players, along with the chance to participate in short special research stories. On the day of the event, you will have the chance to unlock even more features by purchasing a GO Fest 2022 Finale ticket. Tickets are available in the in-game shop for $10.99 (or local equivalent) and include:
- Access to 3 additional research stories with chances to win in-game items, unique avatar items, and an encounter with the Sky Form Shaymin.
- You may encounter shiny Unown N and Unown X for the first time in Pokémon GO.
- Spin Photo Discs at Gyms to earn up to 9 Daily Raid Passes that can be used for face-to-face raids.
- An additional 5,000 XP for winning face-to-face raids.
- Incense activated during the event lasts for two hours and has the potential to attract additional Pokémon such as Unown, Torkoal, and Tropius.
- Eggs placed in an incubator during the event will hatch 1/2 the distance.
- Starting at 10am, Trainers who have caught Skyformscheimi can change to Landformscheimi and vice versa.
- Increases encounter rate with Shiny Pokémon.
