Kirby is one of the simplest and most straightforward designs of any video game character. He’s just a round pink boy with big eyes and a charming face! We want to hug him. But with today’s brand new Kirby game, Kirby’s Dream His Buffet, it seems Kirby needs to be even more rounded!
@ObscureKirby A study of Kirby’s character model in the party game saw Kirby rolling around in various food-themed mini-games and challenges, suggesting that Kirby’s model is more relevant than the previous game, Kirby and the Forgotten Land. It turned out to be rounded. (Thanks, nintendo soup!)
Counting arms, legs and facial expressions, this bigger and better Kirby comes in at 22,844 peaks. This is over 7,000 vertices he used for the land model he forgot. There is a difference of less than 7000 vertices even with the main body alone, Dream Buffet is the top.
that is many It’s Kirby’s, but it makes sense because the Dream Buffet has so many delicious treats that Kirby needs to devour.
