Capcom released its demo resident evil 4 remake, after it promised to come back in February. It’s called the Chainsaw Demo, a great name for the demo, presumably named after the burlap bag-wearing villain who attacks his fellow Leon with a chainsaw.
Unsurprisingly, the Chainsaw Demo features that infamous early encounter. The approximately hour-long demo starts at the beginning of the game and continues until you take all the ganards and dig the hoe in that village to rake Leon. I played a bit, but was completely ripped off by the aforementioned burlap boy and finished the game.
I can confirm that it definitely looks the part, and that these very early hours in the game don’t offer any major departures from the original as far as moment-to-moment events are concerned. step on the same playing field Much more can be said about this point. I’m one of the very few humans who don’t seem to have a great deal of affection for Resident Evil 4. It’s been over a decade since I last played it, but it now feels like a modern day horror game, much like the Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes.
Graphic options are plentiful and I had no issues playing the demo.
- Supports 120fps
- FSR is supported
- You can switch between mesh, rain and shadow quality
- Graphic disconnect can be toggled on and off
- You can adjust the amount of permanent corpses
- Motion blur can be turned off
- Lens flares can be turned off
The demo is available forever, so there’s no rush to play Resident Evil 4 before it releases (again) on March 24th. Also, there is no time limit. you want
