Resident Evil Village Shadow of Roses is an upcoming story DLC as part of the Winter Expansion for Resident Evil Village Gold Edition. This DLC, which takes place after the main her campaign, serves as a sort of epilogue for players to control Rose Her Winters, who attempts to remove her powers.
Unlike the main game, Shadow of Lords is third-person only, more in line with the Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes. The section of the game to be played takes place at Castle Dimitrescu. The castle is now covered in a gooey red substance and filled with a new type of enemy called Face Eaters. Yes, Face Eaters are dangerous creatures that lurk in the realm of consciousness and can steal the lives of other creatures.
