Two-Point Campus is a simulation game in which you manage a college campus. Starting with a small tutorial, you are given goals and tasks to perform to open your first college and make your students happier. You can help them by making the campus comfortable, providing adequate toilets, showers, dormitories and other necessities, and providing excellent staff. It combines a management-style simulation with a laid-back comedy vibe that makes the game really fun.
There is a lot to do in this game. More items are unlocked as you play, but in the Tutorial Campus, the game teaches you the basics of how to keep your students happy. One way is to decorate the campus. This was my personal favorite feature. You can design your university any way you like, including the placement of classes and rooms.
Each campus has its own classes depending on the university they belong to. You can also purchase land to expand your college as you buy more classes and attract more students. is important. This can also be done in student and teacher lounges, classrooms, libraries, and any other rooms you add.
Another way to keep students happy is to provide entertainment. To do this, place arcade games and other interactive stuff. Students also want tangible things you can buy. Providing students with food and a clean campus is important. Students’ needs and well-being are accessible and visible at any time.
Keeping the campus clean helps students feel hygienic. Showers keep the students clean, but so do the janitor. Each student has their own personality and habits, and some students don’t really know how to throw it away. Littering can be a big problem on campus, so it’s important to have plenty of janitorial staff to keep the campus tidy. You can hire janitors, teachers, and staff quite easily, but each has its own quirks. The more qualified your staff are, the more you will need to pay, but it will ultimately benefit you, as your overall campus status will improve and you will be well rewarded. Doing well and keeping them happy is just as important as the students. You can hire multiple teachers and take turns teaching them so they don’t get overworked. A teacher lounge can be arranged to relax during breaks. All teachers and staff are welcome.
You can also add a student lounge, host events to keep students entertained, and add clubs for students to join. There is also the option to host annual events such as film festivals and cook-offs, and staging these can be a necessary goal to raise the reputation of your campus.
As I said before, this game is challenging and has a lot of fun to do. I’m really happy to have managed both the business and creative side of the university. There are also plenty of jokes, and the game offers fun details such as the personalities and fashion styles of the students. The various colleges all have different themes, most of which are funny and silly, but ultimately what makes the game truly heartwarming.
Two Point Campus is a game best played in handheld mode. At least I think so. The music and art style is fun and quirky, and really adds to the overall aesthetic of the game, but like DS games, it felt more at home on the small Switch screen. and text are so small that they may need to be played on a large TV screen. is needed.
Other than this, I didn’t see any issues with the game.
Two Point Campus turns out to be a very fun game that you can play for hours at a time. I fell in love with my campus and really worked to make it the best it could be. The combination of management and creativity makes the game a lot of fun, and its funny and quirky atmosphere keeps players smiling all the way through.
