Requiem continues the story of Hugo and Amicia, brothers struggling to survive in a world ravaged by a plague. She has a blood disorder and it’s up to Amicia to find a cure.
Warning: Requiem features even more rats than its impressive rat-filled predecessor, A Plague Tale: Innocence. That’s quite a feat. As I mentioned in my A Plague Tale: Requiem review, the stealth mechanics are improved in the sequel, but the actual combat can be tedious.
Those who have played and enjoyed Innocence won’t be surprised to hear that the story of Hugo and Amicia’s harrowing journey is a highlight here as well.
Currently, deals can only be found on the PC version of A Plague Tale: Requiem, but Game Pass subscribers can download the game today without spending a dime.
