Paradox Interactive has announced Cities: Skylines Remastered, an expanded version of the game coming to Xbox Series X|S next week. It’s free for anyone who currently owns an Xbox One copy of City Builder.
Cities: Skylines Remastered launches February 15th for Xbox Series X|S and PS5, promising a number of enhancements and upgrades over the previous generation version. Best of all, though, via an upgrade, the remastered version will be available free of charge to all current owners of the game.

According to Paradox, Cities: Skylines Remastered will increase the number of tiles you can build in-game from 9 to 25, allowing you to build bigger cities. Also new map editor, quick selection tool, UX improvements, new environment control panel (used to adjust rain, fog, time of day, environment colors), and overall graphics performance for large games is also planned. city ââbuilder. â
Cities: Skylines Remastered also includes the After Dark expansion for free. Paradox also says that if you already own any of Cities: Skylines’ DLCs, you’ll also receive remastered versions of them for free.
Cities: Skylines is now included in Xbox Game Pass, and the acclaimed city builder proudly ranks among the best Xbox simulation games.
