On August 21st, Stardew Valley creator Eric Barone, aka “Concerned Ape,” shared a screenshot (opens in new tab) accompanied by OST snippets (opens in new tab) of his next game, Haunted Chocolatier. It’s a snappy little tune to what looks like a bee boss fight in a giant golden hive.
It’s certainly a cute little (big?) bee, and these important pollinators have long been threatened by human activity, so it’s a shame we have to contend with them. The “threat by” is a little more obvious, with players engaging in deadly combat with hives. And you don’t have to pay daddy.

The release of Haunted Chocolatier is still far away.
