Part 2: Signal Void introduces the first “narrative”, offering survival mode players new objectives to follow while weaving compelling narrative elements. Explore the narrative in new transponder gameplay and use your handheld shortwave to pick up mysterious signals that lead you to hidden caches, crash sites, and more. signal void We’re also introducing three new clothing items: a hockey jersey, a leather flight jacket, and a matching aviator hat. Explore the location and search for containers, and you’ll find them scattered around the Great Bear. Watch out, Survivors… you might discover some surprise items that can only be found in the Handheld Shortwave.
Tales from the Far Territory You will continue to receive multiple updates over the duration of the 12-month campaign, including new regions, new gameplay, all-new objective-based narratives, and more. Additionally, each part includes a free update for users who already own Survival Edition.
