What’s happening on the Nintendo Switch eShop this week? We have a few highlights to reveal, covering everything from becoming a stray cat to the LEGO take on Horizon.
But let’s start with MySims (since that’s the one Nintendo put at the top of its list). This Cozy Bundle brings two sim experiences to the hybrid console in one package. In MySims: Cozy Bundle, you can develop an entire town, solve mysteries, and help the locals in a world full of crafting possibilities. This one comes out on November 19.
Meanwhile, LEGO is back with an all-new adventure, this time taking on the Horizon franchise. Roam the lush forests and tall mountains as you follow a band of heroes across the land to tackle beast-like monsters. This one features customizable builds and local co-op play, and it’s out right now. Stay tuned for our upcoming review, too.
Dragon Quest is up next with an HD-2D remake of Dragon Quest III. This series has a long history that began way back in 1986. This particular outing was first released in 1988, heading to the Famicom and Nintendo Entertainment System originally before making its way to the SNES in 1996 with an enhanced version. It’s also been seen on the Game Boy Color, Wii, and even smart devices over the years. Now it’s been given the Octopath Travelor visual treatment. Even though it’s the third entry, it marks the first chronologically as you take on the role of Erdrick as he battles Baramos to save the world in turn-based battles.
Last but not least comes Stray, a lovely-looking title that depicts the life of a stray cat lost in a futuristic city. This award-winning title now makes its way to the Switch, bringing plenty of exploration and cat-based antics. We’ll be reviewing this one soon, too, so stay tuned for our thoughts.
There’s a long list of new titles to consider, so let’s get to it! Check out the full list of releases below and let us know which games you’ll be playing this week.
