Due to problems with various network functions street fighter 6Capcom has announced the postponement of online tournaments, as well as the release of the game’s first Fighting Pass.
Online Issues Affecting Street Fighter 6
Put simply announcement Capcom revealed on the game’s official website that it was canceling “upcoming tournaments” because the studio realized that the online network was “currently unstable.”
As this is affecting all online functionality, Capcom has decided to suspend tournaments for the time being. Details will be shared once the suspension period is officially determined, according to the announcement.
In a separate announcement regarding the game’s online issues, Capcom also said: Running late The “Early Summer Vibes” Fighting Pass was originally scheduled to be released on June 9th, 2023. It’s unclear exactly what this pass was supposed to contain, but as with the suspension of the tournament, Capcom has yet to determine a new date as to when it will release the pass.
“Currently, all online features are affected due to network instability,” Capcom said in a statement. “Due to the unstable situation, we are postponing the start of the early summer Vibes Fighting Pass scheduled for June 9th. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, and we would like to thank our players for their patience as we work to resolve this issue.
