Once again, the TA News team jumped into this week’s Xbox sale to find out what goodies are among the discounted games on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
We always enjoy putting together these roundups because it gives us the opportunity to talk about some of our favorite games, not just award-winning games. Sometimes I have similar picks, other times I have ridiculously different picks. What hasn’t changed, though, is that the Xbox sale will offer discounts on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC games.
Some worlds are full of excitement this week, some worlds are chaotic. Whether you want to skate down rails or launch a giant truck down a ramp and feel the adrenaline rush, this week we’ll show you how to do both. want to take it easy? Are you comfortable with the constant use of provocative language and fart jokes? Well, we’ve got you covered too. please give me.
Bargains from Xbox sales
Luke — OlliOlli World
OlliOlli World still has some achievements to make — Endgame’s Radisus Challenges are downright brutal — but this deceptively simple skating game is an absolute blast, so I’m looking forward to returning soon The depth of the trick system is great and once you get used to it, you can push your luck with all sorts of extravagant spins, flips and transitions on the same vertices you used to enjoy. Done a kickflip. The online system continues to push for more with regular challenges that pool several other players in the same league to see who can top his score in a specific location before the deadline. It’s a very good way to Take a look back at Top Runs to see where you can squeeze a few more points out of every jump or grind.OlliOlli World is the cheapest of the week, 40% off. Plus, if you want more colorful and compelling trick-based fun, the Expansion Pass (which adds 12 achievements) is also discounted.
oriori world
OlliOlli World is a bold new skateboarding action platformer full of personality. Flip through the vibrant and vibrant world of Radlandia, meet colorful characters as they grind, trick and air, and discover the mysterious skating gods in search of Gnarvana.
Sean — South Park: Stick of Truth
South Park: The Stick of Truth was everything I wanted from a South Park game. You can freely explore the world of the TV series and interact with a colorful cast of characters while fully nailing the humor. Until The Stick of Truth, South Park’s game was a fiasco, but this turn-based RPG from Obsidian completely stuck. Playing as The New Kid invites you to play a fantasy role-playing game with the other kids in town. This role-playing game includes humans, wizards, elves, and finally, when things start going out of control, Nazi zombies and aliens. The humor and fidelity to the source are admirable, and the writing never gets old at all. You won’t feel out of place or out of place. Stick of Truth also has a pretty decent combat system, with a wide variety of attacks and options to choose from. Granted, the game is pretty easy overall, not too hard, but still incredibly fun. With $9.89/£8.24/€9.89 to spare, it could end up far worse than South Park: The Stick of Truth. I haven’t played the sequel The Fractured but Whole yet, but there’s a decent bundle available offering both games for $23.09/£18.14/€23.09, so it might be worth picking up.

Tom — Monster Jam Steel Titans: Power Out Bundle
It’s not on the list of game sales this week, but it did drop in price last week, so now you can get Monster Jam Steel Titans and Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 at a very affordable price via the Power Out Bundle. You can. There’s currently a 75% discount, including both games and some DLC tracks for $14.99/£13.43. Great value for those who enjoy Monster Jam as a sport or just want to perform some wild stunts on their awesome monster trucks.
Both games have a fairly straightforward list of achievements, so it’s fairly easy to complete although it’s time consuming, but it’s a lot of fun while doing it. From proving you can jump, flip, spin, and destroy to score higher than yours, to full racing on dirt tracks and, in the case of the second game, across haunted forest-like environments. The cherry on top is the inclusion of split screen support. This makes for a super fun bonding time for anyone with young children. Some of the challenges can be infuriating, but look at Steel Titans 2! Anyone who has decided that having a truck that expects to keep you in control is a great idea has a very dark sense of humor!
