Since Jett: The Far Shore released in late 2021, we’ve been hard at work on the Given Time expansion. We are happy to announce that it will be available as a free update for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 starting January 31st. Also, starting yesterday, Jett: The Far Shore joined the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog.
If you’ve been wanting to check out the game, now’s a good time to get hands-on with Jett’s memorable prologue and original campaign to see how it feels with a DualSense controller. -Relevant data such as how surge triggers stiffen when Jett’s scramjet instability spikes.
Here’s a showcase for the free Given Time campaign expansion coming later this month.
You can start the Given Time campaign separately in the main menu, regardless of whether you played the original game. Campaign progress is saved separately, so you can start one and switch to the other, or switch back, but Jett is probably best enjoyed chronologically.
The new Given Time campaign takes place three years after the Far Shore event ends. Note: There are some very light plot spoilers ahead of this paragraph.
