The Last of Us Part 1 The Firefly Edition is finally available in Europe as players can now pre-order the game through PlayStation Direct. This edition won’t ship until shortly before New Year’s and won’t be available for purchase elsewhere, but whether or not this will deter scalpers remains to be seen.

Unlike the North American Firefly Edition, the European version does not include game discs, and the games are offered as single-use download vouchers on the PlayStation Store. Oddly enough, a limited edition of his SteelBook is still included, as well as The Last of Us: American Dreams Comics #1 – #4 with new cover art. Also includes unlock codes for the following in-game items:

Pre-orders have been delayed beyond the Firefly Edition restock in North America, but players are hoping the delay will deter eBay scalpers who struggled to get their copies back in June. , Sony is learning from the debacle surrounding the first batch of Firefly Editions after many of the products arrived damaged.
