CD Projekt RED is working on The Witcher 3 PS5 patch to set the tone
Frontal nudity is nothing new to The Witcher 3. However, this is the first time a female NPC has been seen with pubic hair and visible labia. CD Projekt RED has issued a statement. Kotakustating that it will tone things down a bit.
The next-gen version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt contains several mods not created by CD PROJEKT RED, but obtained from the community, and additionally created and implemented internally by the studio. It has numerous extensions. Merging everything is a complicated process and the textures in question are an unintended consequence of being present in the release version. This is what we are working on.
I’m sure there will be backlash from the community for this statement, but don’t worry, CD Projekt RED isn’t phasing out the vagina entirely.
The studio has not revealed when the patch will go live.
