directed by: Dean Fleischer Camp

This is a feature film from the beloved YouTube series that follows Tiny Shells in Shoes (voiced by Jenny Slate) and is philosophical from a pint-sized worldview.
From our review:
It’s Marcel’s way of talking casually, charmingly, and straight. Seashell Marcel wearing shoes Marcel gets a surprising amount of mileage from his simple, off-kilter observations of the people and things around him. Given that the original Marcel video was recorded in less than 12 minutes in total, it’s a testament to the script’s strength that the feature-length version of his schtick will never get old. (The length of the movie is also relatively short for him at 89 minutes, but still.) The dramatic arc of this magical realist comedy is gentle. Dean’s YouTube video of him about Marcel garners viral fame, arousing and scaring the two. Jokes are also gentle and charming.

From our review:
generally, magic mike last dance It has the feel of a stage musical, with big emotions expressed through songs or, in some cases, half-naked interpretive dances in fake rain. It’s an amorous, ambitious fairy tale, featuring a heightened scenario, opulent wardrobe choices, and London where working-class Adonis stages an impromptu flash mob in her double-decker bus. (This scene temporarily turns the film into a jazzy caper Ara Sloppy work content, But it’s not meant to steal $4 million in gold, but to seduce strained bureaucrats. Can not have it all.
