So is Trombone Champ. (opens in new tab)a comically silly rhythm game (and Chris’ Game of the Year contender) (opens in new tab)) This seems guaranteed to be laughable no matter what you do. At first, I was just laughing at the ridiculous charts of famous songs. We are laughing at world events now.
Naturally, the Trombone Champions Chart/Disaster du Jour is British Prime Minister Liz Truss’ resignation speech. Truss said he took office on 6 September 2022 and resigned after just over a month, holding the dubious honor of becoming the shortest-serving prime minister in British history.
Trombone Champ has given us some real joy this past month.First of all, the rhythm game must listen Megalovania (opens in new tab), straight from the Undertale soundtrack.then we had a real trombone pro (opens in new tab) The Philadelphia Orchestra’s trombone champ was terrible. Most recently, there was the LOL of One-Winged Angel’s Final Fantasy legend rock opera. (opens in new tab), but with a trombone tooth. Now we have Liz Truss.
It reminds me of Niels Bohr’s favorite quote in many ways. (The theme is trombone.)
