Punch Cards in EA Play Games no longer require achievements to unlock
in the post of twitter“We have removed the achievement requirement because some members are still having issues with their rewarded EA Play Games cards,” said Daniel Martins, Xbox Loyalty Marketing Lead.
“We encourage you to play great EA Play games, earn achievements and have fun, but you can also click and earn points.”
If you fail to complete a punch card, you can now complete it without unlocking the achievement. 100 points are awarded for simply completing all the tasks on the punch card by simply picking them one by one. EA Play Games punch cards were worth 250 points before they were reduced to 100 points. Martins said the team is thinking of “something fun” for anyone who didn’t score the full 250 points he had before being reduced.
