How to increase health and stamina without using goddess statues
Of course, Blessed Lights and Goddess Statues will permanently improve your health and stamina, but there are other ways to increase your health and stamina. Heart containers are awarded for completing major objectives such as temples and certain side adventures. This increases the health pool by 1 heart. Some side adventures also give you the option to choose between heart containers or stamina containers.
You can also temporarily increase your health and stamina by sleeping in a nice bed at a ryokan and receiving special treatments. There are consumable foods and elixirs that provide extra hearts, such as “hearty” dishes and extra stamina wheels with endura carrots.
Update (May 19th): Updated this post and its map to add more Goddess statue locations.
