Sometimes a ferocious battle of giant monsters is just what you need. Godzilla incinerated Tokyo with his atomic breath, King Kong fled with a beautiful woman, Staypuff Marshmallow Man trampled New York (I say he’s an honorary monster, come on me) .

Another entry from this February jam is coming to Steam in 2022. Kaiju Klash is a turn-based monster fighter who creates his own creatures to participate in tournaments and fight for supremacy over giant monsters. He uses a rocket punch from a robotic arm that emerges from a half-Kong, half-tentacle monster in Pokemon-esque combat to earn money to buy more parts for the monster before returning to his cage.

Different parts grant different abilities that cost a certain amount of action points. You might strangle a monster with a snake’s tail, or shoot laser eyes at what looks like a swarm of bees.
As someone who enjoys tinkering with combat robot builds (I’m looking at you who underestimated the 90’s gem Robotrek), I was able to spend a few hours with this robot. I can think of playing with his Steam Deck in the dentist’s office. So I definitely want to unlock Atomic Breath.
