For those who missed it last month, Fall Guys is now on Switch and is in an updated free play format. This is great.
But that doesn’t mean it couldn’t get better, and as a service game, it’s subject to regular updates with a large old list of patch notes.
As posted in twitterThe July update of Mediatonic’s Manic Free for All is underway, and we’ve collected a complete list of patch notes, including Switch’s “Improved Vibrations / Rumbles,” below. Great!
Get the fix here:
Fixed an instance where players couldn’t break tiles in Hex-A-Gone and appeared to be floating
Fixed an issue where the score UI wouldn’t update in point-based squad rounds
Fixed a crash after leaving an episode during the intro camera
Fixed misalignment of “Grab Candy” and “Walk” button prompts in Invisibeans
Fixed an issue where some new active challenge lists would not automatically appear in in-game players
Fixed some instances of unresponsive input after the player was eliminated
Fixed a button that does not cause collisions in Leading Light
Fixed players becoming resisting fans while grabbing or being grabbed
Fixed an FPS drop at the end of the Nintendo Switch rewards screen
Fixed non-responsive social overlays on PS4 and Nintendo Switch
Improved vibration / rumble of Nintendo Switch controller
Fixed some instances of crash on Nintendo Switch after loading to main menu
Fixed an issue where respawn VFX would not trigger
Fixed instance when camera sensitivity is too high for player
It’s great to see developers crushing bugs on Switch and elsewhere. The F2P Fall Guys reached 20 million players in the first 48 hours, but were a bit off the Switch gate when all the servers were full and some players had problems. Fortunately, these tooth-growing problems seem to have been resolved most of the time since their launch.
Please let us know below how you have progressed the game on the Nintendo console. Or elsewhere, as needed.
