quantum error Developer TeamKill Media says that the PS5 SSD will be faster than the Xbox Series X SSD, which will lead to relatively less development time. Quantum Error, a cosmic-horror first-person shooter, was announced for PS4 and PS5 in March 2020, and was later revealed to be in development for PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
Quantum Error’s Twitter account has been battling heavy backlash since it first shared its observations. In response to fans, TeamKill said that Quantum Error will be released on PS5 first, and the Xbox Series X version will take longer due to slower SSDs and more issues to resolve.
In response to criticism, TeamKill pointed out that they only shared why they needed extra time to bring Quantum Error to Xbox Series X, and in no way suggested that the game wouldn’t work on Microsoft’s platform.
Some people responded with old in-development footage and screenshots of Quantum Error, and decided to discuss the quality of the game. TeamKill says Quantum Error is close to going gold on his PS5, and the final product will tell the story.
A release date for Quantum Error has yet to be announced.
