I can’t say I’m the biggest fan of visual novels, but there was something break It forced me to try it. The game doesn’t have voice acting, so if you really hate reading when playing video games, this is definitely not for you.

Games will be played sometime in an unknown future, and technology absorbs almost every part of most people’s daily lives. Something as simple as a piece of paper is probably something the 30-year-old on this timeline has never seen.

Break: Visual novelAs the name implies, is a visual novel with several different paths that you can experience depending on your choices throughout the game. In that sense, the story also paves the way for at least a second playthrough. This is definitely what I recommend doing. Play as a 31-year-old break working for one of the best, if not the best, tech companies in the world. Blake is relatively new to the company, but he still can’t stop him from getting the attention of his boss and colleagues.

There is a fair amount of explanation when you start hanging out with your colleagues, break There are quite a few twists, and there are many moments when the dialogue doesn’t seem to make much sense. After revealing the character’s early tragic events, there is a specific moment when Break and the character immediately move on to the next topic.

The game had little time to attach to most characters, but even characters with long screen times didn’t react as expected when faced with a particular situation. The characters aren’t cold and emotionless, but it’s as if there’s no part of the conversation that people should look back on what happened to them.

That said, there were many moments that really surprised me as the story unfolded. The game always challenges your logic and makes you guess yourself second with all new revelations. It’s an exaggeration to say that this is a detective game, as Blake’s adventure revolves around dealing with unconventional enemies while trying to unravel a series of mysterious situations in which he finds himself. I don’t think it is.

This game is not a big time promise as it took about 2.5 hours to win the game in the first playthrough. If you’re looking for something short and easy to play in the afternoon or evening break Certainly a good choice. It may not be groundbreaking, but it’s still a great visual novel with some decisions and results that caught my attention from start to finish.

Despite a really interesting and happy moment, I’m still thinking about it break It tells a pretty tough story. There are ups and downs in the overall mood, but the whole game is about an unexpected tragedy. It’s a pretty short game, but it’s pretty cheap. I’m not very keen on the ending of the game, but I still don’t regret the journey that led me to that point.

Break: Visual novel It’s fun and fascinating, but it’s also sad and depressing. In addition to some of the pitfalls I’ve already mentioned, I think the game has something for everyone. Whether or not you see a game twist coming your way, it’s the only thing you can answer for yourself. My only warning is not to be discouraged by the late start of the game. The plot increases the pace as you get deeper into the game. Whether you’re a big fan of visual novels or not, I really recommend you try this.
