Microsoft has once again hit the discount hammer in the Xbox Store, slashing prices for games on the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. Here’s what the TA News team thinks is a great pick-me-up:

Just because the end of the month is approaching and your wallet is starting to feel a little lighter doesn’t mean Microsoft won’t tempt you to buy more games for its ever-growing backlog. Heidi — Kingdom Come: Rescue

As February 13, 2023 rolls by, Warhorse Studios released a trailer and trailer for the fifth anniversary of Kingdom Come: Deliverance. no Announced (unless you count medieval soaps), take your longing for a sequel, squash it and deny it, and use it as an excuse to return to Kingdom Come: Deliverance. This is also a great time of year, as it has the lowest prices in. If you’re starting the game for the first time, you can start Henry’s epic adventure for less than £5. This is very nice. In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, you start out as the son of a blacksmith. Many open-world RPGs might give a similarly humble beginning, but Kingdom Come: Deliverance nails the concept perfectly, as once you start the game Henry can practically noneHe must learn to fight, steal and read. All. He’s a lovable, slightly bewildering character, and it’s amazing to see him become a force to be reckoned with in medieval Bohemia. It’s understandable how eager Come: Deliverance is to try to achieve realistic detail. If you haven’t tried the game yet, be sure to check it out. You should be familiar with the phrase “Henry came to see me!”because now you hear it many.

Luke

Luke — The King of Fighters XV

We have some great fighters coming to Xbox soon. So if you want to get back into the genre and get the basics on track, there are far worse places to start than King of Fighters XV. Especially 60% off. SNK’s latest installment brings the popular team-based fighter back to Xbox after skipping us on XIV (honestly, we didn’t miss much). – CHARACTERS Create his team or combine your own characters from an entire 39-strong roster. KOF XV isn’t as complex a system as many other 2D fighters, and his implementation of some kind of comeback mechanic is one of the most sophisticated. Losing a character gives you a free super bar. Increases the maximum inventory he has by one, increasing the meter the rest of the fighters can use to make comebacks. Naturally, you don’t want to plan on losing a character, but this will help later picks get into heavier combo paths. After finding a chance for a flashy super cancel.

While it may not be as system-heavy as ArcSys fighters, KOF XV still continues the series’ tradition of being fairly execution-heavy, with many irregular special and super move commands. The game is very focused on sticking to the set team dynamics so you don’t have to memorize and master all Of these, timing is equally important. The window for chaining one super to another with MAX or climax cancel is very small, so more complex commands need to start sooner in order for them to be executed in a timely manner. There are cases. Those flashy high damage melee combos. KOF XV is set to be one of Evo Japan’s headline games next month. It’s the perfect time to get your hands on SNK’s newest fighter at the lowest price ever and join the event with a renewed appreciation for the top tier. do we expect to see you there?

Sean

Sean — Metro Saga Bundle

We know we’ve touched on Metro games before in our Team Picks article, but if you’ve never played a first-person shooter, you need to grab one now via the Metro Saga Bundle. Priced at a ridiculously low price of $11.99/£9.99/€11.99, this bundle includes all three Metro games (Metro 2033 Redux, Metro: Last Light and Metro Exodus) and two expansions for Metro Exodus. , Sam’s Story, and The Two. Colonel. Thanks to the extraordinary world 4A Games has built on his Dmitry Glukhovsky work, the Metro series is one of my favorites of him. After a nuclear war, survivors take refuge in underground underground tunnels in Moscow. You play as Artyom and must save his home station from the mutants and enemies that lurk in the deep dark tunnels of Metro. His first two games (2033 and Last Light) are very linear shooters with survival-horror elements that require you to fight your way through various tunnels and on the surface. The story takes you on an unforgettable ride. His third game in the series, Exodus strips away most of the linear aspects of the previous games and offers a large sandbox level to open up and explore. It’s missing a bit of the elements that made Metro so special in the first place, but it’s still a great game and should never go to sleep. Use it and join now.You won’t regret it.

Tom

Tom — Dead Island Bundle

There are many things in life that are easier choices than most other choices. For example, peanut butter over other food supplements, full beard growth over clean-shaven, my game recommendations over better judgment from more reliable sources, etc. I’m stopping by this list again to show you some of the goodies that have come to life for you. It’s a great opportunity to hone your skills in killing zombies without breaking them. This week you can pick up the Dead Island Definitive Collection for under £4. This is a ridiculously good deal combining Dead Island Definitive Edition, Dead Island Riptide Definitive Edition, and Dead Island Retro Revenge! I haven’t played the latter’s arcade-style game, but I can’t fault the former two great options. can be recommended without The first game in particular is a crash course on how to do a first-person zombie survival game correctly. A paradise island, weapon customization, sandbox mechanics, and co-op play make Dead Island a must-see for avid corpse hunters!
