When Reynaldo is defeated, a cutscene begins, expelling the Red Miasmal from his body and his corpse falling to the ground. Fortunately, this battle is simpler. Using the same tactics as before, you should get as many hits as possible against Red Miasmal while being careful with melee swipes.
