resist the storm is a new quest that came to World of Warcraft with the latest Dragonflight patch 10.0.5. Introducing the new Storm’s Fury event in Primalist Future. This event offers currency to use to purchase gear, mounts, and other cosmetic items with the Storm’s Fury Quartermaster’s Blend Lumi.
Some players have reported an issue where they are unable to complete the quest even though they have achieved the objective of completing the Storm’s Fury event. If you’re stuck trying to complete the WoW Resisting the Storm quest, here’s what you need to know.
WoW Resisting the Storm: How to complete this quest
Speak to Zawardu at the top of Aspect’s seat to receive the quest storm warning, which asks you to travel to Thaldraszus’ Temperal Conflux and speak to Soridormi in the Primalist Future. If you’re not sure where to go, I’ve marked the location in one of the screenshots below.Talk to them and complete the quest, they will resist the storm quest.
The objective is to complete the Storm’s Wrath event in the Primordial Future. This event only activates every 5 hours of him, but appears on the map like a normal World Quest when it starts. Storm’s Fury is so similar to Primal Storms from the Dragonflight pre-patch that the purpose may look familiar.

To complete the event, you’ll need to kill nearby enemies to close four different portals and spawn a boss. Portal enemies are tough, and the main boss of this event is even tougher, so soloing is out of the question.
Although the status quo remains The quest “Resist the Storm” does not complete if you are in a raid group when the boss is defeated, which is probably why players are facing issues. Not sure if this will change in a future update, but for now your best bet is to tag the boss when other people are fighting him so they don’t have to join the raid group. Of course, this only works if you have other players around, so it’s best to do it sooner rather than later when interest fades.
Once completed, hand the quest over to Solidormi to receive your reward. With Storm’s Fury Quartermaster Blend Lumi nearby, you don’t have to go far to start spending money.
