Microsoft announced that Games with Gold in July 2022 is the beast of Maravilla Island, Relicta, Thrillville: Off the Rails, and Torchlight.
As revealed in Xbox wireThe 4 Games with Gold Offering is available to anyone with an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. In addition, Beasts of Maravilla Island and Thrillville: Off the Rails will be available from June 1st.
Beast of Maravilla Island is a Pokemon Snap-style game where players act as a wildlife photographer exploring the mysterious island. Players will solve puzzles in a 2-3 hour adventure and interact with the wild and wacky creatures of Malavilla Island.
Available only from July 1st to July 15th, Thrillville: Off the Rails is a 2007 Xbox 360 game that allows players to manage their own theme parks and build their own roller coasters. Overall, it’s relatively simple, but it’s studded with countless mini-games, and IGN calls it a “fun little package” in its 7/10 review.
Relicta is available on July 16th, the second half of the month. This is a first-person physics-based puzzle game where players need to creatively combine magnetism and gravity to move on. Taking on the role of a physicist left behind in an abandoned lunar base and solving puzzles is the only way to save your daughter and perhaps all humanity in these creepy sci-fi adventures.
Finally, Torchlight will be available on the same day, but until July 31st. This action RPG was created by the creator of Diablo and brought a new take to the genre when it was released in 2009. In an 8/10 review, IGN “The quest for loot is a lonely and lonely event, but if Torchlight catches you, it may take some time before it’s let go.”
Redeem your June 2022 Xbox games for Gold before terminating the service. This includes Aven Colony, Project Highrise: Architect’s Edition, Super Meat Boy, Raskulls.
