The biggest addition in the history of World of Warships: Legends It is here! The update also adds a whole new tier that initially brings 14 ships from 3 types and 4 countries, impacting matchmaking and the economy. This is a brief summary of the ocean-shaking content and major changes.
Tier VIII is here
- Twelve new Tier VIII researchable ships (destroyer, cruiser, battleship) in the US, Japan, Germany, and Soviet Union tech trees. More will arrive in future updates, including Battleship Maine, Cruiser Runes, and Destroyer Yugumo.
- Two Tier VIII premium ships distributed at the campaign and auction: French battleship Republique and German destroyer Elbing.
- High Tier Matchmaking will only sell Tier VII, VIII, and Legendary ships to each other in the current update, and then switch to the +/- 1 rule. Basically, it fights Tier VIII ships against Tier VII and Legendary Tier enemies, but at the same time;
- Economic changes make Tier VII vessels much more attractive in terms of credit accumulation
3rd anniversary
legendary The 3rd anniversary brings gifts and bonuses. Wind roses on all ships from Tier IV to Legendary, a 5x increased first victory bonus, a special “Treasure Hunt” web event with free rewards, and most importantly, a gift bundle. “Symphony of the Night” revolves around the first federal ship, the Tier II Premium Destroyer Vampire, and Commander Leonard Murray. Includes a full set of camos and other in-game items!
In addition to the bonus, you can participate in two bureau projects. Free Legendary Birthday 2022, rewarding crates, and other goodies that look back on important landmarks of the past year. LegendAnd with a 3,000 steel Colbert ship, the legendary Tier French cruiser-Fire Starter is at the top.
Lambasador campaign
The Tier VIII French Republique is the pinnacle of this 100 milestone five-week challenge. She is the first ship of a brand new tier and will be available as a prize for the main campaign, offering even more prizes. It maintains the tradition of being the highest non-Legendary Tier with the ultimate reward.
She quickly reloaded in a rugged 4×2 layout, forging a huge 17-inch (431 mm) gun with excellent anti-aircraft capabilities, reinforced by engine boost consumables.
Change in balance
Tier VI Weimar will move to Tier VII with additional consumable slots. She will find that she is fighting a more powerful ship there.
